Advice LIVE 2026 is being held from 17-19 March 2026 at the newly opened New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) in Auckland. Registration is warmly open to all members of the Akumin network.

20% discount is applicable for 5 or more registrations ie. every 5th delegate is ultimately free of charge.

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS


PROCEDURE

Registration Confirmation
Your completed registration will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed once payment has been made.

Name Badge
All attendees will receive a name badge upon arrival at New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC). The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and social events. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privilege of anyone behaving in inappropriate manner.


PAYMENT OPTIONS


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at advicelive@touchpointms.com.au

Registration cancellations penalties

  • 30 days or more prior to the conference: A cancellation fee of A$300.00+GST per person
  • Between 29-15 days prior to the conference: A cancellation fee of 50% registration fee
  • Within 14 days prior to the conference: No refund
Accommodation cancellation penalties

  • 60 days or more prior to the conference: A cancellation fee of A$150.00 per person
  • Between 59 - 31 days prior to the conferenc: A cancellation fee of 50% of accommodation cost
  • Cancellation within 30 days of the conference: No refund as your room will have need committed to the hotel
You may transfer your Delegate Registration or Function Booking to another person by making your request to do so by email to advicelive@touchpointms.com.au and providing any details about the transfer that we may request, in each case no later than 7 Business Days before the Event.
